You might find yourself in a deep eastern forest, thinking it's all about the expanse of green canopy, then you start to notice the intense colors found on the forest floor. It comes as fungi and lichens, maybe an insect or two. This is one of my favorite forest floor flatlays, my favorite kind of Instagram post.
